Whilst working as a freelance designer, I created many product catalogues for overseas audiences. For this I was provided with an existing similar manual in English, brand guidelines and a complete translated word file for each document.

This job required design problem solving as each translation needed to fit the same design. The project was also complex due to the different lengths of words and sentences in each language, with many also not being able to be split or hyphenated without changing the meaning of the word.
