For my final university project I created branding for the city of Angers in France. The resulting brand focused on the different selling points including the attractions & history, horticulture & sustainability, technology & innovation and finally lifestyle & culture through the categories Explore, Grow, Spark and Thrive.
The solutions created aimed to communicate the selling points identified to Angers' existing and potential stakeholders, including its youthful population, numerous students living in the city, as well as tourists. For instance the custom type was based upon the typeface created, and reflects the energy of Angers to the audience groups.
